Draft cannot be prepared

Verify current server authority, bot access and the request’s scope. Describe concrete resource names and access rules. A failed proposal is not permission to execute an unreviewed operation manually through a private API.

Approval is rejected

Refresh the current plan and check the revision, risk acknowledgements and live Administrator/owner authority. A changed draft requires a new review. Do not reuse an old approval.

Apply fails or hangs

Inspect the step results and actual Discord resources. Completed operations are not automatically rolled back. An interrupted response can leave the outcome uncertain; repeating the full plan can duplicate changes.

Preserve safe plan/result identifiers and time. Follow Failures and Recovery before preparing a bounded correction. Keep credentials and session information out of support reports.
