Approval and Application

An authorized administrator approves a particular plan revision and its risks. The service checks current access again before applying Discord operations.

Apply deliberately

1. Finish the review checklist.
2. Confirm the displayed revision and required risk acknowledgements.
3. Approve through the supported UI for the intended server.
4. Wait for the step results; do not submit competing apply requests.
5. Inspect the real server and retained result after completion.

If the plan changes

An old approval is not a reusable grant. Refresh and review the current draft when the service rejects stale state. The backend remains authoritative even if an older browser tab displays an enabled button.

No automatic rollback

Completed Discord changes are not automatically undone when a later step fails. A partial or uncertain result requires inspection before another attempt.
