Server Manager Overview

Server Manager turns a concrete request into a reviewable plan for server structure. It is available from the authenticated dashboard and the servermanager command.

The workflow

Intention → server context → proposed changes → exact-plan approval → application → result review.

Current Administrator or server-owner authority is required by the workflow. The bot still needs the permissions and hierarchy necessary for each proposed operation.

Start with a bounded request

Create a private category for moderators with a text channel
and a voice channel. Only the Moderator role should see it.

This is illustrative request text, not a pre-approved operation. Check resource names, parent categories, existing roles and effective visibility in the draft.

Planning is not execution

The proposal can be revised or cancelled. Approval binds to the exact reviewed revision; changes require a new review. Applied changes are not automatically rolled back if a later step fails.
