Audit Logs

Audit history helps trace administrative activity for the selected guild. It is distinct from the moderation ledger and Discord’s native audit log.

Investigate a change

Check the actor, action, target, timestamp and available result. Compare the relevant record with actual configuration or Discord state. Do not infer a successful external write from a text summary alone.

Missing or uncertain history

An empty view is not proof that no event happened if storage or access failed. Preserve a safe visible error and timestamp, then ask for a bounded operator review when necessary.

Use redacted record identifiers and the smallest relevant excerpt for support. Never paste session cookies, authorization headers, provider keys, private operational traces or a full member-data export.
