The dashboard overview displays available activity, command usage and moderation summaries for the selected server and period. These are observations, not a promise of complete historical coverage.

Check scope first

Confirm the guild, selected time period and available metrics. An empty chart can mean no observations, a new installation or unavailable data. It does not automatically mean the bot is broken.

Do not infer more than the data says

Command totals do not prove every command succeeded. A health status is not a field-performance metric. A stored moderation count is not the same as a complete external Discord audit history.

The homepage screenshot is a real offline empty-state capture and is labelled accordingly. Its panels are not evidence of your community’s usage or a fabricated customer metric.

For an apparent data problem, record the period and safe visible error. Check Service Status and Audit Logs without exposing member data unnecessarily.
