Data Handling
Fork stores the configuration and records needed for implemented features: role/tool/channel settings, server knowledge, scheduled tasks, moderation records and supported AI memory/context. These categories serve different purposes and have different controls.
Public policy
Section titled “Public policy”Read the official Privacy Policy for the published notice. This technical guide does not invent a universal retention period, jurisdiction guarantee or provider deletion promise.
Minimize what you submit
Section titled “Minimize what you submit”Do not send bot tokens, provider keys, passwords, private keys or session cookies. Avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information in prompts, FAQ topics, moderation reasons and support reports.
Deletion is scoped
Section titled “Deletion is scoped”Personal memory deletion does not automatically erase Discord history, server moderation records, operational audit data, encrypted backups or provider-side records. A UI clear action must be read in the context of the feature it controls.
If a deletion fails, do not treat it as confirmed. Preserve only a safe error and contact Support. See Privacy Controls for available user-facing operations.
