Introduction to Fork
Fork brings AI conversations, moderation, server administration and scheduled work to Discord. Its web dashboard is an administrative interface; these docs are a separate, public knowledge base and never need a Discord session.
Choose a starting point
Section titled “Choose a starting point”- New server: install Fork, then complete initial setup.
- Looking for syntax: open the command reference. It includes grouped slash paths and retained prefix shortcuts.
- Planning structural changes: read Server Manager before approving anything.
- Already installed but quiet: use Bot not responding.
The operating model
Section titled “The operating model”An intention can become a proposal, but a proposal is not proof of an action. Server Manager separates context, planning, exact-plan approval, application and result review. Commands and AI tools still need both Fork policy access and native Discord authorization.
The homepage contains isolated examples. Their records, counters and approval buttons are not live server data. For real changes, use the authenticated dashboard or the bot in the intended server.
What this edition covers
